MonitorConsumo runs entirely on your Mac. It reads the local credentials of the CLIs you're already signed in to (Claude Code and/or Codex) and queries only the official usage endpoints of Anthropic and OpenAI to display your limits. Your credentials never leave your Mac, and no data ever passes through servers operated by the developer.
The app contains no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising of any kind. The only network requests it makes are to Anthropic's and OpenAI's official APIs, and a daily check of a static file on this site (/api/version.json) to find out if a new version is available. That check sends no personal information.
